Koenigsegg recently unveiled its new Jesko supercar at the Geneva Motor Show. The car is powered by a twin-turbo 5.0L V8 that makes 1280hp on pump gas. The horsepower increases to 1600 when E85 is in the tank. Koenigsegg is building 125 Jesko cars for $3,000,000 each and they have already sold out.

Koenigsegg is aiming for the Jesko to reach a top speed of 300 mph. The manufacturer already has the worlds fastest car with the 278 mph 2017 Agera RS. Koenigsegg wants to break their own record while raising the top speed bar before another production vehicle does it.

The Jesko features a special Koenigsegg “light speed transmission”. The 9-speed transmission has 7 clutches that will literally let you shift to any gear on demand.
A single Koenigsegg Jesko will be produced once a week until the end of next year when all the orders are completed.
